IMPORTED FROM ARGENTINA, BOLIVIA AND BRAZIL

1. Additional declaration on the phytosanitary certificate that:
   1. The blanched peanuts was laboratory tested and found free from
      • Thecaphora frezii
2. The consignment is visually free from soil and plant debris.
3. The consignment should be packed in clean, new packaging material.
4. A Manufacturer's declaration indicating that the consignment is commercially prepared and blanched, including information on temperature and the duration of blanching process.
5. The consignment was inspected and found that shells and red skins are removed.
6. A declaration by the importer that the peanuts will not be used for propagation purposes.
