1. Additional declaration on the phytosanitary certificate that:
   1. The parent plants were inspected during active growth and were found to be free from:
      • Peanut stunt virus
      • Thecaphora frezii

      OR

      The consignment was laboratory tested and found free from these pests

   2. Seed is free from plant residues/debris.
   3. Consignment is free from soil.
2. To be consigned in the name of the importer to:

   Plant Quarantine Bookings MUST be made with Mr. Haroon Ahmed (Landline: 021 809 1617) or e-mail: HaroonA@dalrrd.gov.za, BEFORE entry into the South Africa.

3. Quarantine label to be affixed to the parcel.
4. Importer shall be responsible for Customs clearance and any other costs.
5. Parcel to be opened under supervision of an officer of this Directorate.
